Nippon Precision(Thailand) is specially in producing kinds of sheets, including PS, PP and PET. Final products will be packed in rolls, and they get waste rolls waiting for treatment.

The requirement for the machine should be safe clean, limited size, big capacity, low noise while final size should be less than 8mm. After analysis and site testing, Xinbei’s technical team considering shredder and crusher function, combining client needs, designed this shredder and crusher integration. Unit includes clean steel feeder machine, crushing intergration machine, powder separation system and final collection system. Automation is key point, whole system only need two operators in feeding and discharge collection.

Since serving from 2017, this unit keeps running normal with steady output, low noise and clean surroundings. Mr.Uchida who is in charge of this project was very happy for Xinbei’s system and called it a big success.
